Review | Lush Golden Wonder

I'm more of a shower person, I prefer constant fresh water running than lying in the same water. When you have lush bath bombs, its a different story feeling fresh after having a bath.

Since I got some of the Lush Christmas products, I thought I'd have a bath today to start trying them out.

I choose to go for the Golden wonder, since it seemed more interesting when I shaked it, it made a rattling noise.

The smell is hard to describe. I'm so bad at describing, abit like a light scented perfume. Smelt nice either way.

I hate that moment you want to drop a bath bomb in to see what it does, but you don't want to ruin it as the shape looks to pretty to ruin lol.

The second I dropped it in it started bubbling a yellow, golden colour. Then blue started to come. Then a green colour and even more yellow. Then there was lots of confetti stars around the bath. The last part to melt away was the bow of the present, now sure why that took the longest. As soon as I touched the stars they melted away. Then your left with a torquoise. My skin felt so soft after lying in the bath and can still smell it on my hands.

I was surprised after it turning a green torquoise colour, once draining the water away the bath was left a shiney gold colour. It's nice and shiney, but I would rinse it to be safe. (Incase it stains)

Have you tried golden wonder ?

  1. Wow, that is seriously magical! Lol. I've never tried a Lush bath bombs ever, but I really should. One time, I bought the ingredients to make my own bath bombs because they'd be cheaper, and then decided that I was too lazy to. :-P

By the way, I'm having a fun little giveaway with a few goodies from Bath & Body Works (and a One Direction Makeup palette, hahaha). I hope that you'll participate! ChicAndAlluring.com

  5. Golden Wonder looks stunning. I really like the little stars. I've never used a bath bomb as I'm more of a shower person like you said, but it sounds pretty cool.
